After just 30 days of employment and working at least 30 hours per week, you would qualify for our benefits program.  This includes paid employer health insurance with a minimal co-pay, vacation and sick pay, and life insurance at no cost to you.  Looking for retirement benefits?  We offer a 401K savings plan at fifty cents on the dollar up to 2.5% of your annual salary where you are fully vested after 3-years.  Don’t like a fixed schedule?  Some of our open positions offer flexible schedules allowing employees to ensure the needs of their families are met.  Other benefits offered include dental, vision, and disability coverage; critical illness plans; accident insurance; cancer plans; and mental health care.  One of the most valued benefits is our tuition payment program of up to $6,000 annually.  This is not a reimbursement, this is payment for higher education!  Once you have completed 6-months of full-time employment, all employees are eligible for this benefit.  We pay your tuition while you continue to earn money working in our beautiful community.
