A Florida native and proud mother of two sons, Joshua and Dominick, Teresa brings a strong background in hospitality, service, and resident care to her role as Business Office Manager at Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Teresa began her career at Ayers in July 2022 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed meaningful relationships with residents and became known for providing compassionate, attentive care. Her genuine love for serving others and willingness to assist wherever needed soon led her to transition into Human Resources, allowing her to support both residents and team members in a new capacity.

Now serving as Business Office Manager, Teresa continues to expand her knowledge and contribute to the daily operations of the center. She approaches her responsibilities with professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to helping residents, families, and staff navigate business office matters with respect and understanding. Although her role has evolved, Teresa remains willing to lend a helping hand throughout the facility whenever needed.

Teresa is grateful for the opportunity to continue growing within the Ayers family. She values the center’s supportive, team-oriented culture and takes pride in being part of an organization where everyone works together to provide a welcoming environment and exceptional care for residents.
