Teresa, a Florida native is a proud mom of two boys, Joshua (11) and Dominick (10). She has worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years. Teresa has always enjoyed taking care of others. She decided to expand her horizons by getting her CNA license. She began at Ayers in July 2022, where she enjoyed providing exceptional care for our residents. She stated she loves each one of our residents as her own family. Teresa slowly transitioned to Human Resources expanding her knowledge and ability to help employees and residents in another area. She is willing to lend a helping hand and still continues helping out as a CNA when needed. Teresa enjoys the grand opportunity of working at Ayers as the HR Director. She loves the facility and states it feels like we are a big family! Everyone is always willing to help each other out, always making the most of every situation. Teresa could not be happier with her decision of working at Ayers and starting her journey in the healthcare industry.
