She holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and her professional background includes extensive experience in child welfare, advocacy, and social services. This diverse foundation has shaped Nicole’s holistic approach to resident care—one that emphasizes not only strong clinical outcomes, but also dignity, respect, and a true sense of belonging for each individual.
