Kirsten Metty is a dedicated Social Services Director with a passion for advocating for residents and supporting families through every stage of their healthcare journey. With many years as a LPN and then Social Service Director in the medical field and long-term care, she is committed to ensuring residents and their families receive guidance, support, and resources they need while navigating the healthcare continuum. She believes the most meaningful care begins with listening, building trust, and treating every resident with the same compassion and respect she would her own family.

Outside of her professional role, Kirsten is a devoted mother to her daughter, JoLynn. She treasures raising her and spending time with family and friends. Originally from South Florida, Kirsten and her daughter made the move to Dixie County to embrace a slower pace of life and become part of the close-knit community they are proud to call home.  Kirsten’s commitment to serving others extends beyond the workplace, and she believes that compassion, kindness, and community involvement can make a lasting difference in people’s lives. 

Kirsten is grateful and excited about the new opportunities it brings to serve the residents at Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center.
