Chelsea Hoffner serves as the Director of Admissions and Marketing at Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center. A proud Florida native and devoted mother, Chelsea brings both compassion and expertise to her role, ensuring each resident and family feels supported throughout the admissions process.

With a lifelong background in healthcare—particularly in cardiac and vascular services—Chelsea has always been passionate about serving the elderly population. She first joined Ayers as an Admissions Assistant, where her clinical knowledge, professionalism, and exceptional customer service quickly stood out. Her dedication and leadership led to her promotion to Director of Admissions and Marketing in April 2024.

Chelsea is deeply grateful to be part of a team that shares her commitment to doing the right thing, advocating for residents, and providing exceptional, heartfelt care.
