Chelsea, a Florida native, is a proud mom five children. Collin (18), Maddie (13), Bo (9), Hank (7), and Juliet (3). Chelsea has always enjoyed working with the elderly population as she has worked in healthcare her entire life with a strong focus on cardiac and vascular. 

Chelsea began at Ayers as our Admissions Assistant and within a short period of time proved her strong clinical and customer service focused capabilities. She was promoted to Director of Admissions and Marketing in April 2024. Chelsea is thankful for the opportunity to work at Ayers as she loves the wonderful partners she shares her days with and the passion they all share to do the right thing and advocate for our residents. Chelsea was initially drawn to Ayers to be a part of the passion and love she witnessed. She could tell the difference in the care we provided to the residents we serve.
