Brandy has worked in healthcare for approximately ten years. She spent two years working and training as a CNA in skilled nursing. Brandy worked her way up to become an Activities Director for another seven years. Having a CNA background has truly helped her connect with the residents and staff on a different level and bring patient-centered activities that were enjoyed by all. She recently wanted to advance her career and learn more about the administrative side of the nursing home industry, so she accepted the position at Ayers as Admissions and Marketing Director. Brandy has a heart for the residents we serve and loves to be able to put smiles on their faces every day. Each day brings a new challenge, and Brandy has proven she has the capability to accept any opportunity to make a positive impact. Detailed-oriented, determined, and dedicated to excellence, Brandy has quickly become an important part of our family here at Ayers.
