Every year around spring, Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center is rated on our services, care to patients, environment, patient leisure time and more by the Medicare system. We are honored to retain a high rating from the federal government each year. Currently, Ayers has been awarded as a Five Star Facility determined by Medicare.gov.

This enables us to be one of the “America’s Top Nursing Homes” as identified by the Guide to Top Rated Nursing Homes. These ratings are measured by overall inspections, quality measures and staffing standards. We are very proud of this accomplishment which involves the performance of the Center at all levels of achievement.
