Garrett Stark proudly serves as the Maintenance Director at Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center. Through hard work, dedication, and a strong commitment to serving residents and supporting his fellow team members, Garrett has advanced within the organization and grown both personally and professionally. He is grateful for the trust placed in him and takes great pride in helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone at Ayers.

Garrett approaches his role with kindness, respect, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference each day. He understands that a well-maintained environment plays an important part in the comfort, safety, and overall well-being of residents, families, and staff.

Outside of work, Garrett is a proud father of two who enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, and appreciating life’s simple moments. He is honored to be part of the Ayers family and values every opportunity to serve the residents and team.
