Margaret began working at Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center in 1987 as a housekeeper. Ayers quickly became her home away from home as she established meaningful relationships with residents, families, and partners. After dedicating 9 years to Ayers as a housekeeper, Margaret accepted the position of housekeeping and laundry manager in 1996. Margaret attributes her success to her faith and those who support her, including the past and present Ayers partners who take pride in their work and give their best each day. Margaret takes great pleasure in ensuring the cleanliness of Ayers and never hesitates to extend her support to others. Margaret has been married to her husband for 47 years. Together they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
